Money-Back Policy
1. Scope and informational pricing
Prices shown for operations analytics packages are informational until confirmed in a written proposal. This policy explains cancellation and refund principles for qualifying purchases governed by Thai consumer protection rules where applicable.
2. Eligibility
Refund eligibility applies to prepaid consulting packages sold directly by us to business customers where the engagement has not yet started, subject to the signed contract.
3. Fourteen-day cooling-off (where applicable)
Where Thai law grants a statutory cooling-off period for eligible distance contracts, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase provided services have not been substantially performed with your agreement.
4. Full versus partial refunds
If work has not commenced, eligible amounts are refunded in full. If deliverables were partially completed with documented acceptance, refunds may be partial based on work completed and third-party costs incurred.
5. Non-refundable items
Third-party disbursements (software licenses purchased on your behalf, travel booked as agreed), completed workshops, and bespoke datasets delivered are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Process and timing
Email hello@thailandanalyticsstrata.digital with your company name, invoice reference, and reason for the request. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.
7. Cancellation by us and exceptions
We may cancel or postpone engagements for force majeure or compliance reasons with a proportional refund. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under Thai law.
